At Itbrands shop ke, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Policy
• Return Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Accepted Returns: Only eligible items can be returned; accessories and sealed items are non-returnable.
• Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened accessories with seals
• Purchased software
• Items with physical damage or water spillage
No Exchange After 7 days for Brand-New Items
• Brand-new products are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase.
• After 7 days , manufacturer warranty applies, and no exchanges will be done in-store.
2. Refund Process
• A full refund is provided if the product is inspected and found to have no physical damage caused by the customer.
• Refunds will be processed only after our team has inspected the returned product.
• Approved refunds will be completed within 3 business days after validation.
• If a customer has not received their refund within 12 days, they can contact us at orders@itbrands.co.ke for assistance.
3. Warranty & Support
• Brand-new products come with a 1-year warranty.
• Refurbished products come with a 6-month warranty.
• Some warranties can be claimed in-store if an exchange is available.
• If a replacement unit is in stock, we will provide a brand-new exchange within the eligible period.
• After the exchange period, warranty claims will be handled through the manufacturer, depending on the product’s condition.
